We are currently looking for a talented and passionate plant based chef to help create some magic at our raw food restaurant in Notting Hill.
The ideal candidate will be professional, hard working and highly organised.
You will work within a team of experienced and energetic raw chefs creating and plating cutting edge raw vegan cuisine.
You will also able to demonstrate the following skills:
* A highly creative streak, with ideas on creation of plant based works of art;
* A strong knowledge of commercial kitchen systems and their implementation;
* Previous experience in food plating, assembly and working in a busy kitchen service;
* Ability to follow instruction and recipes to an accurate level;
* Fast and diligent working practices;
* A strong and communicative team player;
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
* Interested in growing within our company;
* A good knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen practice and health and safety protocols (it would be desirable - though not essential - to possess a Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate);
