Chef de Partie for Planet Organic
37.5 hours Monday to Friday
Location: Central London (Liverpool Street)
PAY: upto £10ph + store bonus(after 3 months)
The Role
We have a central kitchen based above our Westbourne Grove store that has a team of chefs who produce organic food for 7 of our stores. The team produces delicious hot vegetarian dishes, salads and muffin / brownie / flapjacks for our stores.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Due diligence
• Running the operation in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef
• Preparation of food according to the specification sheets
• Ordering
• Training junior team members
• Liaising with suppliers and store managers
• Packaging food for delivery to other stores
