Tills/ Grocery Team Member for Planet Organic
37.5 hours, including weekends
Location: Muswell Hill, N10 3 HS, north London
PAY: £8.00 per hour + bonus

Planet Organic was established in 1995 and we currently have 7 stores in London with over 280 employees. We sell only the freshest, healthiest and most delicious organic/natural food that customers can find, as well as the finest organic skincare, books, juices and take away food.
Each item in every store has been handpicked and carefully chosen. We think long and hard about what’s in our products, how they've been grown and how far they travel, so that our customers don’t have to. It’s not just about hard work: we love what we do.

The Role
This role will combine working on the shop floor in the grocery department and on tills. You will be receiving fresh deliveries at our store: checking delivery notes, ensure delivery quantities are correct and put away stock. There will be some lifting required. You will also need to replenish the department and advise customers when on the shop floor.
Your time will also include overseeing the tills department, including scheduling and following through on any staff issues.
We are very customer-focused and you will need to have an inherent understanding of what excellent customer service looks like and be able to deliver this. You will need to interact well with the customers, provide fast and efficient service and develop good knowledge on our products and food in order to advise our customers.

Understanding the organic market and our products is advantageous.
