A unique, plant based wood fired pizzeria are currently looking for Pizzaioli / Pizza Chefs to join their young, dynamic and positive team in their busy pizzeria in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting time in their development. A minimum of 2 years of experience in dough making and using a wood fired oven is required.
Salary: £10.50 - £12.50 per hour, depending on experience. 45-60 hours per week. 28 days paid holiday. Company pension.

The ideal candidates are enthusiastic and talented pizzaioli, with an interest in Neapolitan sourdough pizza and would like to expand their experience of working with quality flour and vegan produce.
