We are looking for someone to join our small team making high-quality Neapolitan style pizza at Loven. We need someone enthusiastic and willing to grow with the company, with a passion for food and cooking, previous experience and skills are a bonus but being a fast learner and adaptable is more important.

DUTIES
- Daily preparation and 'mise en place' for service
- Opening and hand-stretching the pizza
- Baking Pizza in a wood-fired oven
- Working directly with the head pizza chef to ensure an efficient service and high quality food.
- Adhering to food hygiene and food safety regulations in terms of appearance, practice and discipline.

- Saper usare il Forno a legina
- Oggervare la regolamentioni riguardo food hygiene e food safety
QUALITIES AND SKILLS
- Enthusiasm and a friendly positive attitude
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Hardworking, punctual and reliable
- Understanding of English and/or Italian is a bonus but not essential.

Loven is an independent neighborhood pizzeria, bar and art space close to Seven Sisters tube station. We have been operating in the area for 4 years and opened our current space in December 2021. We are English/Italian partnership with a team from all over the world. We are friendly, relaxed but hardworking group with a belief in providing high quality food and a fantastic experience. Our customers are mainly people who live in the area and share our belief in building a great local community and being part of the future of the area.
