PIZZAIOLO - PIZZA MAKER
Full time - up to 22,000 £ year -
Prestigious restaurant in London Bridge, just out of Borough Market, looking for pizza maker.
SKILLS:
Proven and certified experience, preferably with experience both in the UK and Italy.
Essential to have a perfect knowledge of traditional Neapolitan pizza, slow rising, wood / gas oven (Stefano Ferrara), use the highest quality raw materials, classic neapolitan pizza.

DUTIES:
Assist the pizza chef at 360°
preparation
making dough
manage the oven

We are the first restaurant in UK to use the unique ingredient of Pure Sea Water for the dough of our pizzas,
The restaurant counts 40 seats inside and 20 outside. We are open Monday to Saturday and welcome around 1000 guests weekly.
Our clientele varies from business men to regular local residents, tourists and families.
The service style is casual chic, friendly but very professional and efficient.
The ideal pizza maker
• Have previous experience in a similar role and within a busy, high standard restaurant for at least 3 years
• Be Passionate about delivering excellent guest experience with a friendly disposition to smile;
• Have Passion for food
• Have Impeccable appearance and interpersonal skills
• Ensure the highest standards are maintained
• Be an excellent team player
• Be flexible
• Be able to work under pressure
• Provide Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom;
- All applicants must be flexible and available to work days, evenings and double shifts (5 x week)
- We will only consider candidates with previous restaurant experience of 3 years
