Hawkes on Druid St SE1 is a brand new Cidery and Taproom making our very own cider.
We also serve Pizza and are looking for a Chef to help set up and run this offer.
As a business we are open Wednesday to Friday 4-10pm Saturday 12 to 10pm and Sunday 12 to 5pm for Pizza
The Pizza side of the business is relatively quiet currently and you will be running the kitchen alone but that will change!
experience of making pizza dough and running a clean and efficient kitchen is a must.
Salary of £10p/h initially
