Plough way Cafe is an independent restaurant located in , London SE16. We are a restaurant and pizzeria for lunch and dinner serving 100% home made Romana style pizzas and Italian classic dishes.
We are serious about great pizzas and fantastic dough.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious pizzaiolo who can make great pizzas and help a bit with the rest of the menu. It is most important to us that we keep improving our food so we are looking for someone with high standards who also shares our desire to use great and fresh ingredients.

As pizzaiolo you will need to run your own section working on your own and strictly following our recipe. You will be very responsible and a quick learner with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the Italian language is a big plus as the team is mostly Italian.

We are open from 15am to 11pm at night  from monday till Thursday ( so you will have every morning off)  and Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 10:00 am till 11 PM– so flexibility is a must. Working hours are approximately around 48 including weekend and evenings.

- Making 100% home made dough to high standard (Using electric Oven)
- Making pizzas
- Assisting to prepare the whole menu

Pay is in the region of £9.5/10.5. We also offer the opportunity to learn on the job and a high quality meal every day.
