We'd love to speak to Chefs who are used to stretching and preparing pizza dough for these roles.A passion for food, a desire to learn and a keen interest in working with quality ingredients is a big part of this role. Previous relevant Italian kitchen experience is essential for this role - overseas experience from an Italian Kitchen would be a benefit. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Food Hygiene Certificate and Health and Safety Certificate are an advantage.The Details The business is open from 6.30am to 10.30pm, so your shifts would vary each week between these hours. You will have some early starts and late finishes so it is important you check you are able to get to and from the station at these times.
