The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pizza Chef to join a team with a commitment to culinary excellence. This role would suit a candidate with experience in a similar position as well as a positive attitude to fit in with our company ethos.

Key Responsibilities
·         To assist the Head Chef and in managing the quality and standard of food, profit, hygiene and day to day operation of the kitchen.
·         Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Café Brera.
·         To maintain a high standard as specified work in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions.
·         To maintain and achieve a high standard of food quality, preparation and production.
Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level.
Relevant NVQ Level
Food Hygiene Certificate
experience
Must have experience with fresh dough, shaping and cooking of pizza to join Cafe Brera.

Working Hours
Shifts are available between 6am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
