Our restaurant located near the Highbury Park is specialised in pizza, pasta, salads and mains with a diverse selection of organic wines and Beers.
We are looking for a chef with pizza experience to come and work alongside our hardworking team and can also help in the preparation of our classic dishes including Lasagna and Tiramisu.
Our Pizza Chefs can produce all items in the kitchen and share in the management duties of the kitchen as well as ordering and creation of new dishes for the menu which we supplement with specials in line with season.
Some of the duties are are as follows:
Ensure we operate a safe and spotlessly clean venue.
Stock checking, control and ordering.
Accepting deliveries of products and consumables.
Liaise with 3rd parties.
Report to General Manager.
Maintain a safe kitchen environment.
Participate in training sessions.

Pay Rates
The role pays £9.50 per hour at starting, and minimum 38 hours/week to cover.
