Delivered Hot is an independent Fresh fast food takeaway Located in Clapham. We make fresh fast food daily. Pizza's, Burgers, Chicken Bites, Cheese Bites, Fresh Cut Fries and Milk Shakes all made onsite.
You must have a passion to learn, constantly be striving to improve and work to the best of your ability at all times - knife skills, hygiene certification and a knowledge of the basics is essential. Confidence working in a fast paced environment and under pressure is essential.
We need someone motivated, with both experience in making fresh pizza dough and sauce made from the finest of ingredients, making hand made burgers prepared daily and using a grill, have passion and a flair for cooking , hard working and ready to work full time.
Front of house person must have managerial experience and have worked in a fast paced restaurant. Kitchen porter must be extremely hard working and willing to learning how to prep and cook from our menu.
Key tasks will be:
- making 100% home made dough to high standard
- making and rolling in to dough balls
- making pizzas (Using electric Oven Stone baked)
- prep all burgers buy hand
- prep chips fresh cut onsite
- making milkshakes
- cleaning (KITCHEN MUST BE CLEAN AT ALL TIMES)
- opening and closing the shop
Kitchen Porter Tasks
- will be required to do all cleaning in kitchen and front eating area
- Clean all dishes
- cleaning kitchen and front of house (KITCHEN MUST BE CLEAN AT ALL TIMES)
- help chefs with prep and cooking
- must be willing to learn how to cook
- make milk shakes
- assist with any other duties in the restaurant
Front of house Tasks
- be the first to meet our customers with a Smile
- handle cash till
- answering and taking telephone and online orders
- keep front of house in order
- open and close the shop
- keep all daily/weekly checklist up to date and in order
- must be able to us excel spread sheet
- input data and compile weekly targets against sales
- be able to manage all staff onsite
- managerial experience within fast food restaurant

12pm to 12am Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Flexibility is a must. Working hours are approximately 46 hours depending on your role including weekend and evenings

Rates of pay: £8-£10 per hr
Kitchen Porter weekly hours

Rates of pay: £7.50 per hr
(Double shift is optional which would be 47 hours)
Front of house/assistant manager weekly hours
