We are looking for an experienced pizzaiolo with a passion and skill in the art of making a fantastic pizza.
The Mamma Dough experience is about far more than great sough-dough pizza and our craft Beers are all brewed within 5 miles of the each restaurant We aim to create a great environment full of people who are passionate and knowledgeable about what we do. You will be a key player in our kitchen team in the creation of delicious, locally sourced, fresh food.
Everything is made on site from scratch every day.
You will have a sound knowledge of food and safety hygiene practices, and strive to be meticulously tidy in your work.
You must achieve top-notch customer service, and always have a positive attitude to your work and colleagues.
