As a Studio Administrator/Assistant you will based at our Photography Studio in Old Street, London working closely with the Studio Manager, you will help with a wide variety of tasks in delivering web photography to the business. The tasks will vary greatly on a day to day basis depending upon the needs of the team but will include being the first point of contact for all clients, liaising with suppliers, assisting with project scheduling, supporting the stylist with sourcing and prepping props. This is a multi-discipline role, requiring good organisational abilities including time-management, plus attention to detail and a positive attitude.
They will need to be very collaborative in their approach, highly energetic and willing to go the extra mile no matter how big or small the task.
What the role entails
Reporting to the Studio Manager, the Studio Administrator/Studio Assistant will help with various aspects of running the photography studio branch on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities include:
Being the first point of contact for all clients.
Liaising with suppliers via email and phone.
Assist with the delivery and removal of product in and out of the studio.
Assemble product as needed
Help with the day-to-day running of the studio, including maintenance of the studio environment and equipment.
Assisting with project scheduling

• Self-starter able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• A problem solving and positive mindset
• Must be able to communicate with a wide group of people, both creative and non-creative.
• experience in studio environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with camera equipment and interest in photography would also help.
Hours: 9:30am - 5:45pm
Salary is negotiable, Full Time Generous Basic.
