Swift Aspect Property Photographer Role.
New exciting property photography opportunity in the South West of London.
You will be joining a small team embarking on a new property-marketing venture.
Our aim is to reignite the industry with interior design quality photography and cutting edge marketing ideas and solutions for estate agents and developers.
We are looking for a down to earth hard working individual who is looking to grow into a role as a property photographer, floor Planer and energy assessor at London’s newest forward thinking real estate marketing company.
The candidate must have / be -
-At least 2 years professional photography experience. (Not necessarily in property).
- Floor plan experience. (Not essential but will affect salary potential).
- Professional knowledge of a DSLR camera.
- Strong understanding of exposure and the fundamentals of photography.
- Competent in using flash-guns and studio equipment.
- Highly skilled at Adobe PhotoShop and Light-room to a professional standard.
- Immaculate organisation skills and time management.
- Well presented with good communication skills.
- Secondary education / Bachelors degree.
- A full clean UK driving license or motorcycle license.
- Be ambitious and willing to grow with a start up company.
This fantastic opportunity is a full time and permanent role. For the first month of employment you will be shadowing the co-directors who collectively have over 20 years experience in their respective fields. We will be training you in photographic and post-production techniques to achieve the best quality property photography in the industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00 to £26,000.00 /year (depending on experience).
To reward commitment and loyalty shares will be negotiated on an annual basis.
