Phone Tester Job in London

Accountable To: Operations Manager
Location: Central London (Holborn / Russell Square)
Hours Of Work: Monday – Friday, 09:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £20k per annum
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: 3 month Initial Probation (permanent contract will be offered on the successful completion of the probationary period)
This Role Will Suit People Who:
Have some admin experience and are computer literate. Happy to complete tasks without supervision (after they have been explained) but will ask for help if it is needed. Someone who has attention to detail and can work in a logical efficient manner.

Corporate Mobile Recycling is a company dedicated to providing a safe, practical and reliable recycling proposition for large and small corporates, network operators, retailers and any individuals with surplus mobile phones.
Key Result Areas:
• Processing phones ensuring daily volume targets are achieved.
• Ensure stock quality is maintained.
• Deal with stock discrepancies in a logical and efficient manner.
• Maintain general office systems and processes.
• Deal with customer telephone enquiries in an efficient friendly manner (where applicable).
• Ensure that accurate customer records are maintained.
• Booking collections for customers.
Occasionally situations may arise that require the post holder to perform other duties or tasks as may be reasonably requested.
Knowledge, Skills and experience:
Knowledge: We are looking for the following:
• 5 GCSEs (A* - C) or equivalent qualifications.
• Good IT skills - full training will be provided on all bespoke software.
• An interest / knowledge of mobile phones (desirable).
Skills: We are looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and pleasant (essential)
• An effective team worker
• Organised, able to manage his/her own workload, and motivated
• Reliable and responsible (essential)
• And who has:
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (essential)
experience: We would like you to have:
• Previous experience in an office role.
• experience of dealing with customers over the telephone.
