The role of Philanthropy Manager Since 1988, Children with Cancer UK has raised over £220 million, £125 million in the last 10 years, to support research into the causes and treatment of childhood cancers, and to provide better facilities for caring for children and their families. It's 30th anniversary will see an ambitious step change in its fundraising, to significantly increase its investment in new research and forms of care.In order to achieve this, Children with Cancer UK will develop and launch new initiatives to attract greater support from charitable trusts and foundations and major individual donors.The new post of Philanthropy Manager will play a central role in these initiatives.Our ideal Philanthropy Manager will be intelligent, flexible, dynamic and ambitious and focused on results.
