PHARMACY COUNTER STAFF Mon-Fri 5-day week
We are a small modern independent pharmacy in the Swiss Cottage area, London NW8. We need a suitable member of staff to join our team and fill the position of counter staff. You will have a proven track record in retail customer service and sales. You will need to demonstrate how these would be of value in a healthcare environment.
You MUST HAVE current or recent RETAIL experience or CUSTOMER SERVICE experience
i.e. Working in a shop or dealing with customers and sales transactions.
KEY FEATURES

Monday to Friday position, NO WEEKENDS
9.00am-6.30pm 42.5 hrs per week.
Review hours April 2014 (32 – 42 hours business dependant).
Brand new re-fitted pharmacy environment
ESSENTIAL requirements/skills
=========================
Current UK retail experience i.e. Shop work
Fluent spoken and written English
Full UK work permit
Able to work 42½ hours per week, Monday-Friday only (9.00am-6.30pm)
Basic IT skills incl. MS Word, Excel, numeracy skills
Cash handling/till work experience
Clean CRB or DBS check (or able to pass one when required)
References (on request)
You MUST have a proven work record and be able to demonstrate ALL of the above to be considered for this position.
If you cannot work the stated 42½ hours per week then do not apply.

Current UK Pharmacy Counter Staff experience Pharmacy Level 1
(or skills equivalent)
Retail skills NVQ
Spoken foreign language
Supervisory/senior staff experience
Full relevant training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
