Counter Assistant responsibilities include:
• Providing advice and promoting products to customers on beauty, OTC medicines, healthcare and supplements.
• Stock management using EPOS and checking deliveries.
• Merchandising products and ensuring retail space is inviting.
• Building relationships with local surgeries and assisting with prescription collection service.
• Keeping uptodate with product knowledge by attending occasional evening training sessions.
Skills and experience:
• Retail experience in a UK pharmacy will be prioritised, if not, at least 3 years experience in retail customer sales.
• Training and experience in beauty and make-up preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, motivated by delighting customers.
• Proactive, diligent and a conscientious approach to work.
• Energetic team player.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Fluent in English
