Exciting New Role for Personal Trainers in London
£20,000 per annum + overtime + bonus
The Fitting Rooms is a fast-growing, pioneering personal training gym in London Bridge. With our state of the art gym you have the luxury of training clients in a private and inspiring environment with the highest spec equipment, alongside London’s leading personal trainers.
This role has a highly competitive salary of £20k with additional overtime opportunity of £25 per session, and benefits from a performance-based bonus.
You must have a minimum REP’s Level 3 qualification alongside energy, drive, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. A passion for fitness is essential: we are not looking for those just after a job, but for those that truly want to be a part of this industry.
Willingness and capability to learn is far more important than experience, although a sound understanding of personal training is required. You will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary and 20 days paid holiday and have the opportunity to learn from some of the best trainers in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking shared personal training sessions;
- Taking one-on-one personal training sessions;
- Taking health checks and fitness consultations;
- Advising on client nutrition;
- Creating strong client-trainer relationships;
- Representing and upholding our brand values at all times including on social media.
