Our clients, a significant professional accounting practice in London is seeking a qualified and experienced Tax Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be ACA or CTA-qualified and will have experience gained within a similar environment.
The role will entail the management of a portfolio of clients,  acting as first point of contact for enquiries, including providing advice on tax liabilities as part of the client care package.
The allocation of work includes dealing with complex aspects of looking after the tax affairs of a variety of high net worth private clients, including non-UK domiciliaries.   You will report will be directly to the partners  and deal with the completion and submission of tax returns for clients, including sole traders, partnerships, directors, high net worth individuals, trusts and estates, and non-resident landlords.
You will ensure as far as possible that statutory deadlines for the filing of tax returns are achieved, liaising with clients efficiently where additional information is required.   You will deal with preparing P11D returns, ATED returns and you will advise clients on a range of tax matters, including personal reliefs, PPR, inheritance tax and CGT.
