The Role

Deliver a tailored personal shopping experience.
Skilled in building relationships, immaculately groomed.
To attract and establish a client relations business stream and high value clients.
Work closely with the cruise line to ensure daily operations and functions are carried in line with company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong and loyal relationships with clients to drive sales, affiliated sales and repeat business.
Attract and develop VIP and high net worth individuals.
Provide expert advice to assist clients across all product categories and sales channels.
Partnering with cruise line where necessary to successfully close sales.
Meet and consult with appointment customers regarding their particular requests (pre-boarding)
Maximize the potential of the private shopping experience.
Represent in all public/on-board events and activities, in order to promote services and products.

The Person

Strong relationship building experience in a luxury/high end environment.
A strong background in Retail, Customer Service and high end sales.
The ability to network with customers to increase sales.
A professional and friendly but confident demeanor is essential.
