Male Personal Assistant required for a disabled man in north London.
Salary: £155 per 24 hour shift up to £29,000 per year
You will be assisting the PA User with:
• Washing, showering, dressing, going to the toilet; feeding
• Physiotherapy
• General housework and chores
You will normally have up to 5 hours of free time during weekdays whilst the PA User is at work, but remain contactable in case of emergency. At weekends and any other days where the PA User is not at work you will be on hand to assist as required.
The PA User is a software engineer and enjoys going out socially and to pop concerts (Ellie Goulding, Tove Lo etc), live comedy (Jimmy Carr, Romesh Ranganathan etc), football matches (supports Tottenham Hotspur and England) and to the cinema (mostly Marvel/DC, Star Wars and other sci-fi/fantasy films at the BFI IMAX) on a regular basis.
This role does not require any specific previous experience, only an open mind and a willingness to follow directions. You will receive full training (all paid) when you start working.
You need to be:
• Male
• Aged 25 + (for driving insurance purposes)
• Flexible, reliable and patient
• A non-smoker
• Able to speak and comprehend English.
