We are looking for a woman (sex discrimination waiver) to join a small team of part-timers who facilitate the life of a learning disabled 32 year old called Clare, who loves the cinema, shopping, dancing and singing.  Helping her get ready for work with her hair and personal grooming are balanced by time playing games, shopping and preparing meals together.  Clare works at a cafe two days a week and your role, if you are working on those days, is to help her get ready for work, escort her on public transport and when she gets home to cook an evening meal.
You should be a thoughtful, reliable and lively person.  You need to be able to make a commitment to work one or two days (9 - 6:30) a week, for at least 6 months and be eligible to work in the UK.  References are required.
The rate of pay is very competitive along with paid holidays and meals. You can also choose the days you are available to work.  Availability to work weekend days at £11.73 per hour is essential.  The job is in Southfields near Wimbledon so please bear in mind any travel costs you may have, and also the need for 8:30am starts on days when Clare works at the cafe.
