Accountable to the Director, Business Admin / Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the Director in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and companies.
Employer description:
Director of a large London based property management and buy to let Company. ISL has been established for more than 10 years and looking to grow into the Car rental market.
Key responsibilities include:
● acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
● managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Director
● booking and arranging training, meetings, travel, transport and accommodation
● organising meetings and appointments
● reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines
● typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
● managing databases and filing systems
● implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
● liaising with staff, agents, tenants, landlords and solicitors
● collating and filing expenses
● Writing up meeting agendas, operations manual and follow up tasks
● miscellaneous tasks to support their director, which will vary according to the sector and to the director's remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research
Weekly wage: £300 - £400 ( Depending on experience) £15,600 - £20,800 PA
Working week: Mon to Fri, 9.30am to 5.30pm (35 hours) - 1 hr lunch
