A rapidly growing company specialising in mental health is looking for a London-based Personal Assistant to its founder.
With a large roster of therapists working across London, Harley Therapy improves the emotional well-being of individuals by connecting them with compassionate and highly skilled therapists. Our goal is to help people through talking therapies and to raise the standard of therapy across the UK and internationally.
Our founder's vision is to put a positive spin on accessing quality help. It’s her belief that everyone can benefit from professional support - not only individuals with complex psychological conditions but people wishing to maximize their fulfilment in life.
Job Description
You will be mainly working from your own home with meetings in central London, also providing assistance during events which may occur during weekdays or weekends.
The role will be varied and will include the following:
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings, calls, video shoots, speaking events.
- Assisting with events, dinners and gatherings.
- Arranging and organising travel and accommodation.
- Placing orders with different suppliers including gifts for clients and partners.
- Drafting emails and letters
- Reconciliation of expenses
- Invoice payments and reconciliation
- Completing monthly payroll and VAT submissions.
- E-sign documents (yearly rental increases, new premises, contracts)
Different tasks will be required as the business evolves.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be:
- Fully equipped with telephone, computer and fast Internet connection.
- Flexible – there are no set working hours, you must be able to work when necessary, within reason.
- Ambitious and dynamic with a calm disposition.
- Growth mindset - keen to learn and receptive to feedback.
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- The ability to work using your own initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- experience with Word Press is not essential but would be a plus.
