The Chief Executive of this finance firm is seeking a trainee Personal Assistant / Executive assistant.
Skills required
You will be keen to learn new skills, you will have good attention to detail. You will need to be able to follow procedures and problem solve. You will be given the opportunity to learn human resources skills and be excellent at document management. You will maintain the firms database and learn to manage the firm's communication strategy. You will manage the diary of the director and also attend meetings as considered appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have great IT skills and a good communicator. Excellent English written and orally is mandatory for this role.

There is an opportunity to also self study and be sponsored to study a corporate finance course if the candidate is interested to pursue this route after they have completed an initial six month period with the company.
Will suit a candidate who is currently studying or a person who is interested to retrain and learn a new career.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 A'levels required.
English GCSE required at Grade B or above.
Degree is beneficial but not essential
Pay is £40 per day - minimum commitment 2 days a week.
