The Company: We are a start-up online fashion and travel store and magazine based in London and Stockholm. We are building a fun, fresh and cutting edge online store and magazine for wanderlusters and girls who are passionate about fashion.

The Position: We’re looking for a young, entrepreneurial personal assistant / intern on a part time basis. The role will entail c.8 hrs a week in a first instance with a view to increasing over time. The pay we’re offering is £8/hr with an additional discretionary performance based bonus.

There is also the potential to travel along with the team on various photo shoots and to attend events and shows across Europe.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial young student studying for a degree in fashion design, marketing or photography.
Passion and understanding of social media is necessary, specifically Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter.
A passion for fashion journalism, blogging is required.
A will and ability to learn quickly is necessary.
Working knowledge of VSCO, PhotoShop and Lightroom would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will assist in day to day business development by drafting and sending emails to potential clients.
The candidate will assist in maintaining the company’s social media accounts. The candidate will be expected to engage with the company’s followers and fans regularly.
The candidate will also be required to help maintain the online magazine by laying-out articles, and writing a couple of targeted articles.
The candidate will also be expected to assist with product photography and the required post-editing.

The Location: The role will require one half day of on location work, with the rest of the work being flexible enough to be done while working from home.
