Noting Hill based British-American family is looking for a part-time personal and business administrative assistant. 75% of the work can be performed from home but on occasion you will need to come to London W8 for meetings.
You must be:
- SMART – SMART – SMART - with the ability to figure out technical and logistical problems with computers / company formations and other business tasks. Intelligence and honesty are the most important characteristics of this job.
- You must have superhuman organization skills :-)
- University Education is a plus but not necessary if you have had proper administrative experience working in an office or corporate environment.
- You must have 100% legal status to live in the UK. If you for any reason you need to leave the UK in the next year or two this will not work as we need someone long term (3 years +).
Job Description
Help with coordinating US business activities and family life in London.
Help with documents / Shipping / Tax Returns / Computer / Dropbox.
Pay is £35 - £45 per hour – depending on experience. References and CV required. If you do not send a CV – you will not get a response.
