People Development Chef
About Us:
Pubs have been at the very heart of Young’s since the Company was established in 1831, and today we have over 180 pubs and hotels, from contemporary vibrant pubs to small warm and friendly traditional favourites at the heart of their community. We are looking for a People Development Chef to join the team. This is a unique role which will be brought to life by a passion for Youngs, our food and our people. Reporting to our Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for developing our chef’s skills sets at all levels across our career pathway. You’ll work in conjunction with our apprentice team to deliver outstanding skills based masterclasses for our chef academy programme as well as working with our pub teams to bring out the best in them all.
