Preparing gross pay for employees including commission and bonus. Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll using SAGE Setting up the employee payments in Bank for authorisation Sending pension data to NEST and submission of RTI on time Email payslips to the employees Reconcile payroll every month. Year end payroll duties Human Resources related duties such as Risk Assessing/recording /monitoring Contracts of employment Employment record updates including holiday, absence, deduction etc Ordering office supplies Manage petty cash as necessary Other relevant Human Resources , payroll duties and assisting accounts as required.
Person specification : Accurate and good attention to details Disciplined and ability to resolve queries Sage payroll and Intermediate excel skill is essential   Position: Full Time Salary £24k.
