Little Ones UK LTD are a fast growing recruitment business based in Central, London with an extensive client base established over our decade of industry experience.
We are currently looking for a Payroll Assistant to assist our Payroll Administrator.
Duties include:
-Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering and processing date.
-Speaking with customers and providing payroll advice, liaising with HMRC.
-Updating payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
-Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions.
-Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income tax and unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
-Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
-Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests.
-Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
-Maintaining employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
-Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience and a customer focused "can do" attitude.
This position is Monday to Friday in Central London.
