Extensive payroll experience and knowledge - able to have sole responsibility for the payroll function
Confident written and spoken grammatically correct English
Are educated to at least a diploma standard

Job Description
Payroll and Invoicing
Processing biweekly payroll
Dealing with holiday pay, SPP/SMP and SSP
Setting up new profiles for starters in the system and keeping them up to date
Keep track of changes within the payroll and deal with leavers records accurately
Submitting statutory returns
Maintaining accurate and up to date payroll records for all the staff
Preparing, managing and reconciling payroll related reporting including monthly pay summaries
Creating Invoices
Inputting Payments
Assisting the accounts Manager with the preparation of payroll related reconciliations on a regular basis
General office duties
• Data Entry
• Dealing directly with client/agency/employee enquiries
• Filing
• Archiving
• Marketing and Advertising
• Any other duties as required.
