Zuma –Pastry Sous Chef
We currently have an incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join us at our world renowned restaurant Zuma in Knightsbridge.
As Head Pastry Chef we require you to have at least 3-4 years’ experience in a high end, high volume kitchen. Zuma is known across the world for its creative and inspired pastry dishes so any chef applying should have the passion, creativity and work ethic to work in an award winning kitchen.
Looking after a team of Pastry Chefs we require you to have an inspirational management style that can lead and further develop a team of pastry chefs to continued success.
Previous experience with Japanese cuisine would be advantageous however not essential as training will be provided to the successful candidate.
