Pastry Head Chef for Four Star Hotel in London

One of our prestigious clients wants to recruit a Head Pastry Chef for a well-known four-star hotel in London.
This popular hotel is looking for a Head Pastry Chef who can work in their busy kitchen. The operation consists of a restaurant service, room service, lounge, bar and extensive banqueting. It is beneficial for the Head Pastry Chef to have Modern European and international cuisine experience.
The ideal Head Pastry Chef needs to be from a four or four-star hotel or similar establishment background and be an experienced Head Chef with a proven track record. Banqueting experience would be an advantage due to the fact at times you will be producing high quality dishes in large volume depending on business demands. Our client requires people who have flexible approach to working hours, reliability and loyalty to be successful in this role.
Head Pastry Chef need to possess good standard of people skills and be able to work well within your team leading from the front. There are excellent career progression opportunities for the ambitious Head Pastry Chef within this group of hotels as this is a growing large international business.

In return you will be paid between £30K to £34K per annum depending on experience, 28 days holidays.
