Pastry Head Chef - Monday to Friday role - City of London Our client a Modern European 2AA restaurant is now looking for a Pastry Head Chef. The restaurant is based in the City of London, and the ideal Pastry Head Chef will have AA and / or fine dining Pastry experience.It's a Monday to Friday role and the basic salary is £28,000 per year and depending on experience up to £30,000.The Pastry Head Chef is required to work 2-3 evenings per week and finish in the evening no later than 10.00pm/10.15pm. Immediate start, 6/7 shifts per week and working 45/46 hrs contract and extra hours worked will be paid. The company has served its surrounding areas for over a decade, and they are an award winning business and everything is prepared from fresh and seasonal.
