ROKA – Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join the ROKA family at the award winning ROKA.
Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street in 2004, ROKA Canary Wharf in 2009, ROKA Mayfair in February 2014 and ROKA Aldwych in October 2014. With future global expansion planned for the brand, there is no better time to join the family as we propel the world of luxury hospitality to new heights.
As a key member of the kitchen team, you should have previous experience within a similar high end, high volume kitchen, as well as, previous experience preparing desserts of the highest quality.
An outgoing and passionate approach is desired as you will work and interact in a multi cultural kitchen of chefs.
Excellent pastry knowledge and food preparation skills are a must. No previous experience of Japanese or Asian cuisine is necessary as relevant training will be provided to the right candidate.
