The Job Role:
Duck and Waffle offers a playful take on traditional British cuisine with broad European influences emphasizing local, rustic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
The kitchen brigade is now looking for an experienced Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our successful team as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are passionate and enthusiastic about food.
You will work alongside the head pastry chef in the brigade ensuring the quality and detail in the kitchen remains at an elevated level at all times. Also working with the Senior chef de parties and sous chefs in ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous pastry experience at Demi Chef de Partie level is required
• experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills with a willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
