Pastry Demi Chef / Chef de Partie – Private members Club.
Our client is a Private Members Club based in central London which requires a Chef de Partie level Pastry Chef / Demi Pastry Chef to join their team of highly experienced chefs. This prestigious private members club has high standards in every department and highly reliable Pastry Chefs are essential. This role requires assisting the Head Pastry Chef with the overseeing of desserts and pastries in the luxury production kitchen. The role will involve desserts and pastries for restaurants and events. Chefs in this kitchen work 5 straight shifts, 45 / 50 hours per week with any overtime paid by the hour.
The ideal candidate will have:
·A background in 4* or 5* Hotels is not essential, but would be preferable.
·A passion for working and cooking with the finest ingredients.
·A desire to progress in a career as a Pastry Chef.
·Confidence when working under pressure.
·Good communications skills and a good level of spoken English.
·Eligibility to work in the UK.
