My client a stylish and very modern restaurant in central London is on the lookout for an ambitious Pastry Demi to join the brigade in this very popular restaurant offering a wonderful contemporary British brasserie style menu.
The restaurant is located closest to the London Bridge tube station and offers customers an informal and high quality dining experience, which has in turn won the restaurant Rave reviews from critics.
Rosette experience is not necessarily required but a background using fresh high quality ingredients and the desire to learn under an experienced Head Chef will be needed.
A strong Pastry Commis looking to step up would be considered also, the positions are fairly flexible dependant on the strength of applicants.
The position is available immediately and trial arrangements can be made based on applicant’s availability.
The salary package will be up to £24,000
