Pastry Commis Chef– Modern 5* London Hotel - £20,000
Our client is a 5* London Hotel which requires Commis Pastry Chef to join their team of highly experienced chefs. This Modern Hotel has high standards in every department and highly reliable Commis Pastry Chefs are essential to the Food and Beverage department. These roles require assisting the Pastry Chefs with the overseeing of desserts and pastries in the luxury kitchen.
The hotel has a modern brasserie, a Michelin Star Restaurant and an Events kitchen. Chefs in this kitchen work 7 shifts per week with paid overtime.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A background in 4* or 5* Hotels is not essential, but would be preferable.
• A willingness to learn from experienced Pastry Chefs.
• A passion for working and cooking with the finest ingredients.
• A desire to progress in a career as a Pastry Chef in a leading 5* Hotel.
• Confidence when working under pressure.
• Good communications skills and a good level of spoken English.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
