My client a one of a kind fusion restaurant based in an iconic location in central London is on the lookout for a Pastry Commis Chef to assist the Pastry team in this restaurant which operates at a good 2 AA Rosette standard.
This popular restaurant which has already made a great name for itself in its first few years is looking for a junior Pastry Chef who is comfortable working up to 2/3 AA Rosette standard with a menu that is influenced with a fusion of different cuisines.
Cuisine is a unique fusion of cuisines and the menu is modern and impressive. The Head Pastry Chef who is looking for an ambitious Pastry Commis who has sufficient drive and confidence to learn in a high quality and busy London kitchen.
An immediate start is available for the successful candidate!
The salary for the role will be up to £22,000 but salary is dependent on the candidate’s ability.
