TRADE is looking for a Pastry Chef to join their small production team at the newly fitted Essex Road site, London, N1
TRADE make and sell a selection of extremely popular homemade cakes, and other sweet items including brownies, muffins etc. As well as a range of savoury pasties including sausage rolls and quiches. You will be helping to make cakes for both our cafes and for catering and wholsale orders.
TRADE are looking for a highly motivated Pastry Chef to work in our small team. The ideal candidate will have had professional pastry experience and/or training, and be proficient in baking and decorating cakes. We are a small team and the ideal candidate will be a team player and able to jump from station to station with ease and apply themselves to non-pastry cooking at times. The position would suit a Chef de Pattie level candidate or similar.
