Pastry Chef De Partie
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to work with our Executive Chef, Anna Haugh on the launch of the new Bob Bob Ricard menu.
In her previous role, Anna was the Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay London House where she won 3 AA Rosettes. She will appear in a new 15-part TV series, Royal Recipes, that will air on BBC1 from Monday 23rd January.
You will have substantial opportunity for advancement (we will be happy to detail it when we meet in person).
Successful candidate will be:
· Currently working in a similar role in a high-end restaurant;
· Experienced in working with high-quality, luxury ingredients;
· Passionate about creating some of the finest food in London;
· Organised, efficient and cool under pressure;
