The role:
We are currently looking for a pastry chef de partie who will run the pastry section within the restaurant. This pastry chef de partie role is based within the restaurant with a big focus on creative dishes. This pastry chef de partie role will include all the normal pastry chef de partie duties.

experience
We are looking for a pastry chef de partie with previous experience as a pastry chef de partie or a chef de partie with pastry experience looking for a pastry role.
