The roles:
The client has a number of positions available for the new opening including: Pastry chef de partie, pastry demi chef de partie and pastry commis chef - being involved in creating pastry dishes, being involved in the development kitchen prior to opening, making a range of pastry items each morning and finishing them off when customers order them. These roles will include all the normal pastry duties.

experience:
We are looking for chefs with a pastion for pastry, you will love learning new things and pushing your creative side to the max. We are looking for pastry chefs from a wide range of backgrounds including Michelin, Rosette and hotels.
