Pastry Chef de Partie Required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our talented team in our production unit at West Acton.
You will be provided with internal training and coaching to support you in your professional development in order for you to succeed as a great chef.
Aubaine has 10 restaurants and delis located across London, so wherever you live we will find the best location for you!
As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
• Have previous experience in a Pastry role, preferably within a high volume production kitchen
• Has previous experience in a Pastry role, preferably within a high volume production kitchen
• Prepare pastry products in accordance with agreed recipes and to required quality and quantity
• Ensure that stock is rotated and controlled within the specific section of the department
• Monitor stock and make appropriate orders by filling out the order sheet.
• Assist the Head of Bakery and Pastry Production in achieving targets and standards set by the Company

• Able to work under pressure and react quickly to resolve issues
• Able to multitask and be flexible at all times
• Self-motivated and the ability to work of off own initiative
