Originally a bank, the Grade-1 listed building has been developed and restored to hold 252 hotel bedrooms, a member’s club, a gym, Spa, two swimming pools, as well as six dedicated event spaces. In terms of food outlets there are 9 restaurants, a Production Kitchen and Events Kitchen which specialise is various cuisines from around the world.
We are looking for: 
A Pastry Chef de Partie to work within our Pastry Kitchen. The right Candidate will have experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie in a restaurant or Hotel environment, be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and good service. 
As a Pastry Chef de Partie working with us should have experience in the following:
Large volume Pastry Production
Managing, delegating and training Commis Pastry Chefs 
Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Great cooking skills
A cool head
An ability to delegate appropriately

Kaia is one of the casual concept restaurants at the Ned. Offering a healthy Asian-Pacific concept; with colourful Poke bowls and the classic Robata grill section.
Cecconi’s
Cecconi’s is an all-day Venetian brasserie, serving the same Northern Italian favourites as its sister restaurants in Mayfair, Berlin, Barcelona, Istanbul, Miami and West Hollywood. Some of the signature dishes are the lobster spaghetti or the Veal Milanese. All the pizzas are fresh from the wood-fired ovens in the restaurant.
Malibu
Malibu brings Californian healthy food to the City. The menu offers superfood salads, a raw bar, flatbreads alongside fresh juices and smoothies.
Zobler's
A Jewish-style, New York deli serving up a selection of favourites such as over-stuffed sandwiches, matzo ball soup, smoked fish, salads, bagels and cheesecake.
Café Sou
Café Sou is a French-style café offering different baguettes, rillettes, quiches and steak tartars. The omelettes are cooked to order with different fresh ingredients. This menu can be ordered at the counter to eat in or take away. Café Sou is open Mon – Fri
Millie's Kitchen
Millie’s Lounge is a British brasserie and bar. The menu includes roast chicken, fish and chips and afternoon cream teas, all served alongside a selection of English sparkling wines, craft Ales and seasonal cocktails.
