Pastry Chef at THE Quality Chop House

We are looking for an experienced pastry chef to join our small happy team. You'll be working with the finest seasonal ingredients to make produce for our deli and café.

This would be an ideal position for a passionate and creative chef who would like to keep their evenings free, and to work without the pressures of restaurant service.

It's an excellent opportunity for a chef who would like to take the next step in their career. We will train you in all aspects of the kitchen, and you'll have the unique opportunity to work alongside our restaurant kitchen, and butcher.

You will work 50 hours a week – usually Monday to Friday - with 2 days off. A very competitive salary will be offered and there is the opportunity for growth. We provide staff meals, staff discounts and a nurturing environment for you to learn and grow.

The Quality Chop House is a restaurant, butcher and food shop in Clerkenwell, EC1.

At the restaurant we use the best produce we can find in Britain: meat sourced whole-carcass from Smalls farms and butchered on-site; dishes made with the best the season has to offer.

Our shop and café is an extension of this vision. We sell chef-cooked dishes that feature on the restaurant menu along with our own sourdough bread, cakes, sweet treats, pork and family Pies, sandwiches, salads, soups, sausage rolls, jams, pickles, jams, ice creams, butter and a broad range of other delicious daily Staples.
