Novikov Restaurant and Bar is located in Mayfair and is one of the most popular and successful restaurants in Central London.
As one of our Pastry Chefs you will have a real passion for, and knowledge of, desserts, and will be confident to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
A little about you:
· At least 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef in quality establishments
· Have a real passion and interest in using the very best available ingredients
· Be exceptionally organised and comfortable working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
· Be enthusiastic, passionate and have an eye for detail
· Have accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
· You must be eligible to live and work in the UK (original document evidence will be required as part of the recruitment process)
